Northern Ireland teenager Beth Coulter continued her fine form as she advanced to the last-32 of the Women’s Amateur Championship at Prince’s Golf Club.
Coulter, 19, beat Spain’s Paul Francisco 2&1.
The victory over Francisco came after Coulter topped the strokeplay qualifying stage by three shots with rounds of 69 and 70.
Coulter joins Arizona State University team-mates Patience Rhodes and Paula Schulz-Hanssen in the last 32.
World number one amateur Ingrid Lindbland of Sweden and Spain’s Cayetana Fernandez Garcia-Poggio, the world number three, also progressed to the last-32.
