A lot of the features in these two drivers are the exact same. This makes sense since the G425 Ping driver was only released two years before the G430. Here are the features that both drivers have:

The LST model for lower handicap golfers sees the biggest change between these two drivers. The driver head on the G430 is smaller in size than the G425. This is designed to promote an improved feel and more swing control.
